The Weather Outside is Frightful

Well, once again the snow has put a hold on showings over the weekend.  We started out strong after initially listing the home.  We don't expect there to be much activity again this week with another storm expected by mid-week.  Let's home the weather gets better in the next 7-10 days!

MLS and Beyond

Well, its time to get the word out to those buyers!  We've started to implement our marketing plans.  One got the listing squared away on the MLS and showing service the fun began.  We created a virtual tour of your home and set up an exclusive website.  You can visit the website at   www.703PineDriftDr.com . From there we will syndicate that website to about 20 other home websites such as Yahoo Homes, Trulia, Kazork, etc. so that those surfers can see your home for themselves.

We've also sent postcards to about 100 of your neighbors in Piney Orchards to let them know your house was listed with us.  They may have friends that are interested in the neighborhood.  You should have received one in the mail (or will soon).  Here is a preview of the card:

 

And you caught us putting up the infobox with one sheets yesterday.  We intended to get them up on Saturday after the sign was up, but the weather just didn't cooperate!  They are there now.  If you see the box empty before we replenish, feel free to drop Doreen an email at doreen@homes2di4.com.  We usually replenish every 2 weeks, but sometimes they go quicker. 

Welcome to You Home's Blog

Well its been a busy week for the Homes2di4 Team since listing your home.  Its hard to believe that it was just last Monday when we signed the listing agreement!  We put your home in the MLS the following morning.  We no sooner hit submit to MLS when the showing service called us to schedule an appointment.  We rushed to update the showing service's website and ran into a few minor glitches getting the information just right!  Things should start running smoother for showings and soon we'll have an offer on the table.
